For more than 25 years, I have served as a C-suite executive across a wide range of innovative healthcare organizations — from venture-backed startups to serving as Chief Medical Officer at Walgreens, a Fortune 50 retail pharmacy leader. My experience spans digital health, medical devices, biotechnology, diagnostics, payer organizations, and retail pharmacy.

 

Across these roles, I led product innovation, built high-performing teams, and helped organizations translate promising healthcare ideas into scalable businesses.

 

Those experiences ultimately shaped the framework I now use to help founders and leadership teams build great healthcare companies.
