How I Work With Founders

I do not approach my work as a vendor, and I do not rely on generic playbooks.

I work as a partner to founders and CEOs, most often during periods when an idea is becoming a real company and early momentum needs to translate into a durable, growing business.

This often involves helping founders think through how their value proposition resonates with real buyers, how evidence supports adoption, how clinical and regulatory choices affect commercialization, and how early decisions influence long-term growth and revenue sustainability.

My role is not to chase growth for its own sake, but to help founders build companies that can grow responsibly by aligning clinical credibility, market realities, and long-term business viability.

I aim to bring experienced judgment to moments where clarity matters most, especially when decisions about growth, partnerships, and investment begin to shape the future of the company.

What I Look for in Partners

I tend to work best with founders who:

  • Are mission-driven and intellectually honest

  • Care deeply about evidence, not just narrative

  • Are open to thoughtful challenge and discussion

  • Understand that meaningful, lasting impact takes patience and rigor

If you are looking for someone to simply affirm existing decisions, I am likely not the right fit.  If you value experienced judgment, partnership, and long-term thinking, let's have a conversation.

Why I Am Selective

At this stage of my career, I am less focused on the number of companies I work with and more focused on choosing the right ones.

The companies I support, and the founders I work alongside, shape my professional legacy just as much as I hope my work helps shape their trajectory.

If this resonates, the best place to start is:

  • The Map that reflects how I think.

  • The Leider Healthcare Solution, which shows how I apply that thinking to help teams move forward.
